Loyalty discount

We offer a loyalty discount as a bonus to our loyal customers.

We offer a 5% discount on selected goods, excluding promotional products, to all customers who have made multiple purchases from us. The loyalty discount can be applied to your second order.

When can the loyalty discount be applied?

If you have already purchased goods, including accessories, worth more than CZK 590 at least once at www.catgenie.cz.
The minimum order value is CZK 590.
The loyalty discount applies only to products marked with the 5% loyalty discount symbol.
Loyalty discounts are not cumulative, i.e., when purchasing two or more devices or accessories, the discount is always 5%.
The loyalty discount does not apply to promotional items and items on sale.
Discounts cannot be combined.
The discount cannot be applied to promotional products.

How to apply the loyalty discount

Add all the items you have selected to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Select the delivery method, fill in the shipping address, and choose the payment method.
If you want to apply a loyalty discount, it is not possible to pay for the goods by credit card via the Barion payment gateway. Please select another payment method.
Enter the invoice number of the original purchase in the "Additional information" field.
The loyalty discount will be automatically deducted when the ordered goods are invoiced.
