Before sending for a complaint, the device must be thoroughly cleaned and dried by the user. This includes, in particular, proper cleaning of the lower plastic base, waste chamber and waste hose.

Otherwise, the complaint or repair will not be carried out and the device will be sent back to the customer's address.

The fastest way to resolve a complaint is to complain about the goods directly to an authorized service center. You can find their list in the instructions that are attached to the goods, or in the warranty card, if one is issued for the goods.
