How to proceed with a complaint

Contact the service and describe the problem you have with the goods. The service will provide you with complete and professional information, tell you whether it is really a defect and can be fixed by yourself or whether it is necessary to initiate a complaint procedure.

Before sending the device for a complaint, it is necessary to clean it. Otherwise, your complaint will be rejected.

When sending the goods to the service, always enclose the following documents:

  • invoice/tax document (copy)
  • warranty certificate, duly completed and confirmed by the seller (if issued for the goods)
  • To speed up the complaint process, we recommend that you enclose a completed complaint form with the goods.
