Deadline for handling complaints

A complaint must be handled within the statutory period of 30 calendar days. This period begins on the day following the day the complaint is filed by the consumer and ends with the complaint being settled in the service center or at the retailer.

No consumer rights can be applied to gifts that are provided completely free of charge. Such goods meet the conditions of the Gift Agreement and all standards according to the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic. The donor is obliged to point out any defects that he knows about when offering a gift. If the item has defects that the donor did not point out, the recipient is entitled to return the item.
